Input Parameters

The measureClearSampleData method takes the following input parameters. It is important to note that the parameters must be passed to the operation in the same order as they appear here in order to satisfy the requirement of the input validation checks.

Name Type Attributes Description
measureId xs:unsignedInt required
minOccurs=1
maxOccurs=unbounded
The unique identifier for the measure(s) you wish to delete
status measureStatusType optional
default=suspended
This sets the status of the measure after the deletion of the sample data. Set to 'suspended' (the default) if you don't want the server to start sampling the measure data from the current time, or set to 'resample' if you want to have the server re-sample the data for this measure.
nextSampleTime xs:dateTime optional If you set the status to running or re-sample, you can specify the time for the sampling to start from. If you do not specify this and you set the status to running, the server will attempt to identify the oldest data in the data source and start sampling from that point.
